Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide:

  • Name, email address, age, gender.

Health and Fitness Data
When using the Service, You may provide:

  • Weight, body fat %, activity level, exercise choices.

  • Progress photos (optional, if You upload them).

  • Apple Health data (steps and calories burned), only if You grant permission.

Usage Data
Collected automatically when using the Service, such as:

  • Device type and OS version.

  • IP address.

  • App activity logs.

Payment Data
Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchases. We do not store Your payment card details.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service.

  • Personalize and generate workout plans.

  • Track and display Your fitness progress.

  • Integrate with Apple Health (with Your consent).

  • Improve app functionality through aggregated, anonymized analysis.

We do not sell or trade Your Personal Data. Your data is only:

  • Stored securely in Firebase (U.S.-based servers).

  • Processed via Apple Health (if You grant consent).

  • Used internally by uTech LLC.

We may disclose Personal Data if required by law or to protect rights, property, safety, or prevent fraud.

Retention of Your Personal Data

  • We keep Your data as long as Your account is active.

  • If You delete Your account, all Personal Data (including photos) is permanently deleted.

  • Usage Data may be retained for internal analysis and security purposes.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information is stored in the United States (Firebase). If You access the Service from outside the U.S., Your data may be transferred internationally. By using uFit AI, You consent to this transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You can delete Your data in two ways:

  • By deleting Your account in the app (all associated data will be removed).

  • By contacting us at luke@utechllc.co.

Some data may be retained if required by law.

Security of Your Personal Data

We use industry-standard measures (including Firebase encryption) to protect Your Personal Data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You become aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, We will take steps to delete that information from Our servers.

If You are between the ages of 13 and 17, You may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
